Operations

"In the end, all business
operations can be reduced
to three words: people,
product and profit.
Unless you’ve got a good
team, you can’t do much
with the other two.
"

- Lee Iococca

Operating the business is putting the business plan into action. Many times, we get so tied up in the daily operations of our businesses, that we forget what we intended in our business plan.

Does your business “run smoothly”? Do you feel “behind” every day? Do the days end with a sense of completion, or a sense of dread for the day that lies ahead?

All the different “gears” in your business must work well together. One has to turn the other in order for the day to flow smoothly. Where are there broken gears in your business? Do some of the gears “stick”, making hiccups in operations? What is the level of stress in your business? How do your employees feel about the operations?

Small Business Prescriptions will take a look at your current operations, and then help you create smooth working gears so that each day is ended without the dread of the day to follow.
